Tour Terms and Conditions
Program Flexibility:
While we strive to follow the itinerary as planned, the tour guide may make necessary adjustments to ensure a seamless experience. Please note that the tour, comprising both the itinerary and guided services, is an inseparable package.

Child Policy:
Children aged 0-1.99 are free of charge on our day tours. However, if a seat is required on the bus, the adult fare applies. All individuals aged 2 and above must have a seat on the bus.

No Refunds:
Unused transportation, sightseeing, or other services included in the tour are non-refundable.

Seating:
Seat assignments cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking. Seats will be allocated based on the order of reservation. Early bookings are given priority for front seats.

Optional Tours:
Optional tours operate based on the number of participants. There will be no compensation if an optional tour is canceled due to insufficient participants. DTS Tour assumes no responsibility in such cases. Prices for optional tours may change. The price applicable at the time of the tour departure will be charged. By purchasing the tour, you agree to these terms.

Time Schedules:
All times mentioned in the itinerary are estimates based on normal weather and road conditions. DTS Tour is not responsible for any delays, and no compensation will be provided.

Facilities:
Due to the tour's itinerary, ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., may not always be available. We recommend that our guests come prepared.

Meals:
Lunch menus feature economical local dishes. Due to local conditions, group seating may be arranged for lunch.

Weather Conditions:
DTS Tour is not responsible for any tour cancellations or modifications due to adverse weather conditions before or during the tour.

Minimum Participants:
A minimum of 16 participants is required for this tour to operate. DTS Tour reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least one day's notice if the minimum number is not met.

Cancellation:
In the event of a tour cancellation, DTS Tour will notify participants directly. Due to legal procedures, no compensation will be provided.

Entrance Fees:
Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the tour price.

Lost Belongings:
Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when leaving our vehicles. DTS Tour is not responsible for lost items.

Cancellation Policy:
Guests who cancel their booking up to 30 days before the tour date will not be charged a cancellation fee. For cancellations made between 30 and 20 days before the tour date, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations made within 20 days of the tour date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Guests must provide a medical certificate from a government hospital (signed by the chief physician) to support their cancellation request.

Mandatory Travel Insurance:
Our agency provides all guests with free mandatory travel insurance that covers the agency's bankruptcy or the inability to provide package tour services due to any reason. This is not health insurance and does not cover medical expenses. (Private health insurance is the guest’s personal expense.)
